who we are

The dream was realized at the heart of South Lebanon, in the villages of ‎Nabatieh and Kfour. There, we established the farms of the South. All of ‎the dairy products are made from the farm’s fresh, cream-line milk that ‎we process. ‎

In the South region, there is a long history of dairy farming and ‎producing milk, yogurt, cheese, and other dairy products. Our farms ‎produce the “traditional Labneh” (Lebanese strained yoghurt), “white ‎cheese” and other products that are considered as main dishes of the ‎Lebanese cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Everyone loves these; young ‎and old! ‎

The idea of establishing the farms started many years ago, and the ‎project saw light by the mid of 2018. By that, we continue a heritage that ‎was first started by our grandparents in the South and was passed down ‎through consecutive generations.‎
